Warranty and policies

Warranty

1 year. Cosmetic damage caused from use is not covered.

30 day refund policy

If you need a refund, contact us with your valid reason. Changing your mind alone is not a valid reason. Return the unopened product in unused condition within 30 days for a refund excluding freight. We cannot take back used products under any circumstance.

Shipping

Parts are packed to avoid damage. On rare occasions there may be minor scuff marks from third party freight carrier straps, which we do not cover. The buyer takes responsibility when they sign off on the shipment after delivery, stating the cargo was in good condition.

Faulty items

If you believe an item is faulty or not as advertised, supply evidence and we can repair the product or send a replacement part. For a freezer issue such as a compressor, we require the freezer to be returned or a technician report showing it was not caused by incorrect use.

Can I sell gelato and cold drinks from the same cart?

Yes. The 198L dual freezer / fridge can change temperature to serve either ice cream or drinks.

Does the cart need mains power?

No. It can run off the battery or mains power. It includes a 75AH AGM battery, a 1000W pure sine wave inverter and a battery charger.

How many ice cream tubs does it hold?

The 4 x stainless steel 5L inserts sit in the cart, and you can fit up to 20 x 5L tubs underneath.

Can I get my own branding on the cart?

Yes, a decal branding wrap is optional. Request a quote and tell us what you need.

Do you deliver ice cream carts Australia wide?

Yes. We can arrange freight Australia wide, or you can pick up for free from our Sydney warehouse.
